Peel, seed and chop 1 medium honeydew melon. Freeze on a tray until firm. Rub the rim of 4 chilled glasses with lime and dip in Himalayan pink salt to coat. Chill. Blend melon with 1/2 cup tequila, 1 1/4 cup Cointreau and 1/2 cup fresh lime juice ina blender until smooth. Pour into glasses.
Fill a chilled glass with crushed ice. pour over 3 tsp Bickfords Cranberry Cordial and 1 tbsp Cointreau. Slowly top with chilled Orange Juice.
Pour 1 tbsp vodka into a chilled cook and Dine champagne flute. Drench a white sugar cube with Angostura bitters, then top with chlled champagne and a trip of lemon zest.
Combine 1/2 cup dark rum, 1/2 cup stones giner wine, 1/2 cup mint leves, 2 tbsp julienned fresh ginger, 3 cups chilled Dry Ginger Ale and 2 cups ice cubes in a jug. Pour into 4 chilled cook and dine tall tumblers.
whisk 1/2 sup vodka and 1 tbsp vanilla bean paste in a small jug. Fill 6 glasses with ice cubes and pour in the vodka mixture. Top with a chilled 1.25L btl. Garnish with vanilla beans.

Conbine a chilled 375ml btl beer, 2 cups chilled Coles Brand Apple & Mango Juice, 1 cup chilled Coles brand Sparkling Tonic Water, 1 thinly sliced red apple and 1 thinly sliced green apple in a large jug. Pour into 4 chilled glasses.
Fill 2 shot glasses with ice cubes. Place acinnamon stick in each glass. Divide 2 tbsp Kahlua, 2 tbsp vadke and 1/3 cup cooled espresso coffee between the glasses. Garnish with double cream and coffee beans.
Combine 1/4 cup lemon Cordial, 1/4 cup Lime Cordial, 3 cups chilled Tonic water, 1 thinly sliced lemon, 1 thinly sliced lime, 1 thinly sliced orange, 1/4 cup lemon thyme sprigs and 1 cup crushed ice in a jug. Pour into 4 chilled glasses.

Drizzle the inside of 4 chilled cook&dine white wine glasses with hard-set chocolate topping. Set aside to set. Blend 3 cups Ice cubes, 1 cup coconut water and 1/4 cup chocolate syrup in a blender until smooth. Pour into glasses. top with grated dark chocolate.
