នំចាខ្វៃ

គ្រឿងផ្សំ

1. 2 cups of self-raising flour
2. 1/2 tbps salt
3. 1 tbps sugger
4. Oil
5. 1 cup of milk or water

វិធីធ្វើ
– Combine dry ingredients in large mixing bowl and add oil and milk or water.
-Mix to a soft dough
– Knead on a floured surface until soft and pliable
-Reture dough into bowl and cover with cling wrap one night.
Note: If you used dry yeast, you just keep it 2 or 3 hours and then you and fry it with oil.
